Founded in March 2024 by Shakil and Shayaan in Leicester, Group 12 began with a simple ambition: to create a connected ecosystem of childcare services that truly supports children, families, and the professionals who care for them. What started as a single venture quickly grew into a multi-vertical business, expanding across the UK and encompassing a range of complementary services.
